The ICT Hub celebrated female leadership in technology with the Women 4M event.

As part of the Provincial Day of Women in Technology, Science, Engineering, and Mathematics, more than 60 women participated in the meeting organized by the Mendoza ICT Center and Endeavor in Chacras Park.


This Tuesday, July 30th, the Women 4M: Women, Methods, Machines, and Mathematics event took place. This event brought together businesswomen, entrepreneurs, and independent professionals from Mendoza 's technological, scientific, and productive ecosystem. The event took place in Chacras Park and was organized by the Mendoza ICT Center in conjunction with Endeavor Cuyo , with support from WE and key players in the sector.
The proposal was part of the Provincial Day of Women in Technology , Science, Engineering and Mathematics , celebrated every July 27, and sought not only to commemorate that date, but also to create a space for meeting, inspiration and strengthening of ties between women leaders or those in training in key areas for future development.
More than 60 women involved in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics—from both business and entrepreneurship and research—participated in this event, which combined formal discussions, personal exchanges, and participatory dynamics.

The day began with a welcome breakfast and continued with an inspiring talk by Sofía Ruiz Cavanagh , CEO of Wineobs, who shared her entrepreneurial journey under the title "Being a Woman in the World of Technology." From her innovative perspective as a wine communicator and technology project leader, Ruiz Cavanagh shared her challenges, lessons learned, and motivations.
Next, it was Noelia Centeno 's turn, a psychologist and therapist specializing in psycho-oncology, to coordinate a participatory activity to build technical confidence and foster real networks among the attendees. Her presentation invited participants to consider leadership from a sensitive and collective perspective.
The Undersecretary of Employment and Training of the Government of Mendoza and president of the ICT Hub, Emilce Vega Espinoza , shared on her social media: “It was an inspiring gathering where we celebrated Women in Technology. A day full of learning and shared experiences.” She also gave special thanks to the speakers, participants, and organizations that made the event possible: “Together, we continue to promote women's participation in the technology ecosystem.”
