Who else might be implicated in the police investigation into the Koldo case?

The report prepared by the Central Operative Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard at the request of the Supreme Court within the investigation of fraudulent contracts in the purchase of masks during the Covid pandemic, has uncovered an alleged corruption plot led by the last two former organizational secretaries of the PSOE, José Luis Ábalos and Santos Cerdán, and their advisor Koldo García .
The audio recordings included in the aforementioned report are devastating and have caused a serious crisis within the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party) and the government of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez. However, the police and judicial investigation is still in its infancy, and further investigations and discoveries are more than likely to emerge.
Where will the investigation go next, and who else could it implicate? Joaquín Vera, editor of the Interior and Security section of La Vanguardia , answers these questions in the video preceding this article. In conversation with Enric Sierra, the newspaper's deputy editor, Vera points to Santos Cerdán's home and his office at the PSOE headquarters in Madrid as the first possible locations for the investigation into the case.
In addition to the companies that may be involved, Joaquín Vera indicates that the evidence in the UCO report could also lead to members of the government or the Speaker of the Congress of Deputies. In the video, Vera explains details of the plot and the underhanded methods that have been uncovered. He also warns that the Supreme Court judge investigating this case intends to expedite the investigation to prevent it from dragging on.
