The strange fake video with which Kirchnerism links Cristina's arrest with the Plaza de Mayo bombings

The Justicialist Party organized a meeting at the party headquarters at Matheu 130 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the bombing of Plaza de Mayo , where more than 300 people died at the hands of the so-called "Liberating Revolution." Featuring historians and led by Máximo Kirchner, the event had a moment somewhere between incomprehensible and bizarre when they broadcast a fake news video attempting to draw a parallel between the 1955 episode and the imminent arrest of Cristina Kirchner , convicted of corruption.
The pretentious audiovisual piece lasts three minutes and 22 seconds and features, among others, journalists Felicitas Bonavitta and Pablo Caruso , the latter a host on Public TV of Desiguales, a program similar to 678 , equally militant although less widely distributed, which was broadcast on the public grid during Alberto Fernández's administration. Both acted as those in charge of broadcasting, on television and then on the radio first, "the breaking news" about "planes bombing the Plaza de Mayo."
The video featuring the fake TV emergency was publicized at the event led by Cristina Kirchner's son and viewed on EvaTV's YouTube channel. Previously, it had been retweeted by Sergio Massa on his X account, from the alleged creators, a group called "Indisciplinados," which defines itself as a "political communication collective" waging "the cultural battle." That post carried the message : "History will never forgive such sacrilege." It's a quote from Juan Domingo Perón.
"This is happening, we can't say for sure if it's a terrorist attack, or if they're Army planes," they say in a streaming service that's part of the literal fiction, while showing images of the aircraft and explosions in the vicinity of the Casa Rosada .

The images show people running in the streets to try to escape the bombs , school buses crashing, fire and widespread destruction, mixed with scenes showing the journalists who, each in their own format and manner, recount what happened without understanding what is really happening.
" What's happening is a joke, it's really weird . There are planes taking over the city center, they say they took over the Casa Rosada, which is on fire," says one of the young Kirchnerist streamers, in a supposed attempt to recreate hypothetical reactions to a current bombing to support the thesis that Cristina Kirchner is not corrupt but outlawed .
Uncertainty remains, and, as is customary in these times, the show's hosts, always in an acting role, turn to social media to gain a clearer picture of what's happening in the real world, according to the virtual world. And it is at this point that the first mentions of the former president's situation appear.

“On Twitter they say it's the Kukas, that the planes are coming from Santa Cruz , it's all AI created by the SIDE, it's Cristina who's in prison,” says Inés Hopenhayn, one of the members of the program “Che Milei,” which airs Monday through Friday at 8 p.m. on Eva TV, a militant Peronist streaming service.
In the video, the panorama changes when a statement addressed to the Argentine people reaches the media. “Listen to this announcement,” says Bonavitta, “from Heaven finally falling upon Earth. The tyrant has fallen . Our homeland is truly free. The air force of the homeland, in the service of sovereignty, has destroyed its refuge, and the tyrant is dead . The era of regaining freedom has arrived.”
In parallel, images of the street damage continue to appear. However, suddenly, memes appear, showing, for example, AI pieces with the image of an Army plane with the acronym "CFK," another with the face of the former vice president and the caption "Bombardina Cristina," a nod to a style of viral creations. Then they show Javier Milei dressed as Rambo , with a machine gun. And Victoria Villarruel, riding a missile . At this point, the video's narrative becomes sinuous: it's unclear whether they want to show what the media would say or if it's a failed transition to the punchline.
"No, this is a fake, but this already happened in Argentina , for real," Hopenhayn seems to reveal after a sound similar to that of death is recorded on a heart monitor. Immediately after, real archival footage of the attack, which occurred on June 16, 1955, begins.

" On a day like today, 70 years ago , a section of the Armed Forces carried out the largest terrorist attack in our history against the government of Juan Perón, causing a massacre that left more than 350 dead and nearly a thousand wounded, including children. Because they bombed Plaza de Mayo in the midst of daily activities, killing compatriots," narrates a voiceover. The previous references to the tyrant are attempted to be explained in audio recordings of soldiers celebrating the bombings in those terms about Perón.
Caruso then returns and states that what was shown was "a delirium that seems like fiction" and asks "how can a society have a critical perception of history if crucial episodes like this are made invisible ?" This phrase is the starting point for talking about Cristina Kirchner again.
"Would the same thing happen if the coup were carried out against a government that represents the interests of concentrated economic power? Would the same thing happen if its leaders were imprisoned or banned ?" the Kirchnerist communicator asks.
Towards the end, they included the audio of Perón, in which he maintains that "times will pass but history will never forgive such sacrilege." And so ends the new Kirchnerist narrative, no longer with the persecuting verbiage from the power of Diego Gvirtz's troops, but in the format of a reel with memes, streaming and fake news. Although always with the same intention of confusing, this time, a proscription with a firm condemnation of corruption .
