The only person arrested has been released, and the identification of the attackers on TN and El Trece is progressing.

The Buenos Aires City Justice Department is advancing its investigation to identify the Campos militants and leaders who violently attacked the Artear headquarters (a Grupo Clarín company) on Tuesday night , where TN and El Trece operate.
The Flagrancy Prosecutor's Office released the only person arrested by police that morning, Alberto Enrique Alejando Grasso Rivaldi, as images show him "intruding" into the headquarters of TN and El Trece, along with a group of 70 people, but "he is not seen causing any damage to the establishment," sources familiar with the case told Clarín.
"In that case, the crime would be home invasion," which carries a sentence of six months to two years in prison, and is bailable because the person also has no prior criminal record, judicial sources explained.
Grasso Rivaldi is a Kirchnerist activist from Villa Ballester, who has worked at the Barracas headquarters of the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) since 2013, during the presidency of Cristina Kirchner. The government has already announced that it will fire him for the attack on the Grupo Clarín company.
The case was transferred this Thursday from the Flagrancy Prosecutor's Office, which acted during the first 48 hours, to the 13th Prosecutor's Office , which was on duty the day of the attack.
The new prosecutor in the case requested that the City Police conduct an anthroposcopic examination of the La Cámpora militants and leaders who broke through the fence on Lima Street and entered the building's hallways. They not only smashed windows, doors, equipment, and Martín Fierro awards, but also attacked employees and vandalized the cars of journalists and guests who were being interviewed live on TN.
The attack came after the Supreme Court confirmed Cristina Kirchner's sentence of six years in prison and a lifelong ban from holding public office.
"Based on the report identifying four people using security camera footage , the prosecutor requested scientific verification, for which everything was sent to the Anthroposcometry Department of the City's Scientific Police," said a source with access to the case. He added: "The identification process is progressing. They have already identified José Lepere, who is the first one they have scientifically identified."
Lepere was a senior Campora official in Alberto Fernández's administration, serving as Interior Secretary and second-in-command to then-Minister Eduardo "Wado" de Pedro. He is an important leader of La Cámpora in the province of Buenos Aires . In addition to having served as an official during the four years of Fernández's administration, he also served as President of the Almirante Brown City Council for four years and as Undersecretary General of the Presidency during the final year of Cristina Kirchner's presidency.
So far, Artear has identified five people who attacked the headquarters of TN and El Trece. All of them were Kirchnerist activists: Grasso Rivaldi, Lepere, Facundo Lococo, Ezequiel Pavón, and Matías Federici.
The other three attackers identified by Artear are also from La Cámpora: Facundo Lococo, former councilman of the Buenos Aires town of Tres de Febrero, until 2023; Ezequiel Pavón, counselor at the University of Tres de Febrero; and Matías Federici, director of Penitentiary Statistics for the Buenos Aires Ministry of Justice , under the leadership of Minister Juan Martín Mena.
"Once the City Police submit the report with the anthropometric examination, we will know who the individuals identified in the attack on the Artear headquarters are," said the sources consulted. They added: "This could take about 15 days, until the identities are revealed in the court file and the first identified individuals begin to be summoned."
