After Governor Pablo Lemus convened experts, academics, and residents to re-analyze the traffic problems on Avenida López Mateos, representatives from one of the organizations representing several neighborhoods in the south of the city questioned the government's decision to conduct another analysis without having implemented the mobility plan agreed upon in 2023.
