Urban regeneration and private construction: incentives and simplifications underway

The Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region has given a strong boost to the construction sector and urban regeneration with the approval of two key laws: Laws 8 and 9 of 2025. Both measures were the focus of a conference held today in Feletto Umberto.
Regional Law 8/2025 represents a significant injection of liquidity for the sector and provides €50 million for the recovery, redevelopment, and reuse of private real estate. The objective is twofold: first, to promote energy sustainability; second, to combat depopulation and expand the housing supply for families, students, and workers.
At the same time, Law 9 amends the Regional Building Code, incorporating the national "Save Home" decree. This measure introduces simplifications and updates for private construction, with new provisions on construction tolerances, attic renovations, and the regularization of minor building irregularities.
During the conference, Councilor Amirante emphasized the importance of the funds available for families. He added that the event was an opportunity to explore the content of Regional Law 9 of 2025, following its approval this summer.
