Remodeling of the Rescaldina Shopping Center: work begins on a completely new first floor.

The new shopping center in Rescaldina
Renovation work has begun on the first floor of the Rescaldina Shopping Center . This extensive project, spanning over 11,000 square meters, will create a new space designed to combine shopping, services, leisure, and wellness. The project, promoted by Ceetrus and ImmobiliarEuropea, under the direction of Nhood Services Italy, will transform the current upper floor into a modern, multipurpose area. The layout will be organized around four main hubs: a 1,500-square-meter food court with entertainment spaces, a wellness area with personal care services and independent access from the parking lot, a sports center that will expand the offering of brands such as Decathlon, and a fashion and retail section, with the arrival of new national and international brands. The work is part of a renewal program encompassing the entire shopping center, with the goal of adapting it to the changing needs of the local area and strengthening its appeal. During the renovation, the center will remain open as usual, with a "live center" construction site that will ensure continuity of service for shops and visitors. "We are transforming currently unused spaces into places capable of offering new opportunities and services for the community," says Simone Rao , Shopping Center Manager for Nhood Services Italy. "The project marks an important step for the center's future, which aims to consolidate its role as a daily point of reference for Rescaldina and the surrounding municipalities." "Thanks to the teamwork between Nhood, Ceetrus, ImmobiliarEuropea, and Rossetti Engineering, the center will be increasingly competitive and attractive to new commercial operators," adds Serena Vatalaro, Asset Manager for Nhood Services Italy. A forward-looking restyling, with the aim of revitalizing one of the busiest shopping centers in northwest Milan.
