Banca Cf+ launches takeover bid for 100% of Banca Sistema at 1.8 euros per share, with the aim of merging with the latter, which will not be withdrawn from the Star segment of the Piazza Affari list. This can be read in a note in which it is indicated that Banca CF+, which has as its reference shareholder the funds managed by Elliott Investment Management, articulates the own offer of 1,382 in cash and 0,418 euros through the allocation of 21 shares of Kruso Kapital, a company controlled by Banca Sistema and listed on Egm, split with a ratio of 1 to 98. The shareholders of Banca sistema Gianluca Garbi, Sgbs e Garbifin have irrevocably committed themselves to Banca Cf+ to to join the offer, bringing almost 20 million people to join shares, equal to 24.86% of Banca Sistema's capital. Banca CF+ is assisted by Unicredit and the Chiomenti firm.
