How to choose and monitor energy supplies in local authorities? What is hidden behind energy contracts? Ape Fvg, the Fvg Energy Agency, in collaboration with Anci Fvg, considering the matter of great interest and topicality, has organized a conference to explain it: "Public-private partnership in energy contracts of local authorities, opportunities and risks related to electricity service and heat service contracts", will be held on Tuesday 13 May starting at 2:30 pm in Palmanova, in the Gustavo Modena Theater (via Dante 18). The purpose of the event is to provide support to Municipalities for good energy management in the public body, for the benefit of the community.

«We believe that the first step towards efficiency in managing energy supplies is awareness of one's consumption: knowing them in depth gives municipalities bargaining power», says the director of the Agency, Matteo Mazzolini , who adds: «The Italian regulatory framework, as well as the Public Private Partnership (PPP) tool, can be complex to interpret or apply: this is why we have invited two highly professional and experienced speakers who can give our local administrators and technicians clear answers». They are Laura Martiniello , full professor of Business Economics at the Universitas Mercatorum in Rome and David Vicario , expert in Public Private Partnership, Extraordinary Commissioner for the 2016 Earthquake Reconstruction, of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. «Municipalities are called upon to carefully manage the resources at their disposal, the issue of energy costs is one of the main concerns for public administrators today. The tools and solutions that are offered to Municipalities to implement concrete savings policies are multiple and varied, but the relationship between costs and benefits requires careful and in-depth analysis; the conference promoted together with Ape Fvg aims to provide Administrators with suitable evaluation tools that can allow for careful, useful and reasonable choices" comments the general secretary of Anci, Alessandro Fabbro .

The event is aimed at technicians and municipal administrators to whom it will provide correct and independent information to facilitate choices on supplies. Participation is free, but registration is required: https://forms.gle/vY7sX2gY3PnBhMFM9 (or from the site: www.ape.fvg.it ).
