"If I hadn't been in bed, if I had been standing, I could have collapsed, because it was totally unexpected," Prevost added. "When we were little, I was always making a racket with my two younger brothers, but he was always the saintly one. And we would tease him. ' You're going to be pope someday. You're too saintly.'
