Minor stabbed to death, youth hit by car, 559 arrests... Heavy death toll last night after PSG victory celebrations

In Dax, a 17-year-old minor was stabbed to death during a gathering to celebrate the Parisian club's victory over Inter Milan, while in Paris, in the 15th arrondissement of the capital, a 20-year-old man on a scooter was hit by a car and died from his injuries.

In Grenoble, four people from the same family were injured , two of them seriously, after a car hit a crowd celebrating PSG's victory.

There were 559 arrests, including 491 in Paris, which led to 320 people being taken into custody, including 254 in the capital, the ministry added.

During the evening, which was marked by incidents, 22 members of the security forces were injured, including 18 in Paris, according to the same source. Seven firefighters were injured, along with 192 protesters.

The ministry has recorded, according to a provisional report, 692 fires, including 264 vehicles.
