Death of streamer Jean Pormanove: "Violent content generates billions of views on all platforms"

Jean Pormanove 's life resembled a dark dystopia, punctuated by household products being thrown in his face, strangulation, insults, and even beatings, all filmed and broadcast online. Raphaël Graven, his real name, suffered all kinds of violence perpetrated by two so-called "friends": Owen Cenazandotti, alias "Narutovie," and Safine Hamadi. These scenes were followed live on the Kick platform by tens of thousands of Internet users.

After 298 hours of live abuse, the 46-year-old man died live on air during the night of Sunday 17 to Monday 18 August, in a room located in Contes, near Nice.
