Between Le Havre and Île-de-France, how AgriParis Seine is banking on collective catering to revive organic products

Can collective catering enable organic farming to finally emerge from the crisis? In accordance with the 2018 Egalim law , which sets targets for the development of organic products in canteens, this is the challenge set by the AgriParis Seine organization, responsible for steering the agricultural policies of the communities in the Seine basin, from the north of the Yonne to Le Havre, via Paris and Rouen.
Created in 2023 at the initiative of the local authorities in the basin, the association was officially designated as a partner operator for the territory's agricultural policies on June 11.
