The bodies of the missing Colombian artists have been found in Mexico.

Mexican media reported the discovery of two lifeless bodies belonging to Colombian artists Byron Sánchez Salazar and Jorge Luis Herrera , popularly known as B-King and Regio Clown .
According to the media outlet 'El Financiero', sources at the Attorney General's Office in the State of Mexico confirmed that human remains with characteristics very similar to those of the missing artists were found. Apparently, the bodies were dismembered and had a signature that corresponded to the Familia Michoacana , one of the many criminal organizations dedicated to drug trafficking established in Mexico.

Both artists were last seen on September 16, when they were leaving a gym in Polanco, Mexico City .

Juan Camilo Gallego, B-King's manager , revealed that the two had a meeting scheduled with several businessmen.

" I can't say they're bad people, but I also don't want to give false testimony or say it was them or it wasn't them because there's still no report from the authorities ," he told 'Noticias Caracol'.
And he added: " I don't know if they made it to lunch because all we know is that they disappear after they leave the gym ."
Investigations beginAccording to 'El Universal', both bodies were found on September 17 in Cocotitlán, however, they were only identified on September 22 .
The Mexican media outlet reported that on Monday, relatives identified the singers' bodies during a procedure held at the Tlalnepantla Regional Deputy Attorney General's Office in San Pedro Barrientos.

At this time, B-King's sister and his ex-partner, DJ Marcela Reyes, have not commented on the matter on social media. In light of the events, the Mexico City Attorney General's Office has launched a homicide investigation.
Petro spoke outPresident Gustavo Petro , who this Sunday had asked the Mexican government to find the two artists alive, spoke out on his X account upon learning the news.
In his X account, the head of State said: " They murdered our youth in the United States of Mexico. International mafia strengthened by the stupid military and prohibitionist policy, called "war on drugs" to which they force humanity and Latin America ."
