The fifth edition of Top Show Colombo – Women's Edition will take place in the Colombian capital this Saturday and Sunday, May 17 and 18. This is a free festival on the Media Torta stage that celebrates the talent and strength of women in the music industry. Organized by the Centro Colombo Americano and the Nancy Kotal de Cortés Foundation, in partnership with IDARTES and the Teatro al Aire Libre la Media Torta, and with the support of CoCrea, this free event will offer two days of vibrant rhythms and artistic celebration on May 17 and 18.
This year, the festival consolidates its position as a platform for visibility and transformation, where more than eleven female-led artists and bands will showcase the power of their musical offerings. Attendees will enjoy a mix of genres including Caribbean and Pacific sounds, country and traditional music, porro, joropo, rap, blues, jazz, and bolero, in a show that celebrates culture.
"This concert will reflect the diversity of female talent in music from Colombia and the United States. The Top Show Colombo – Women's Edition 2025 will bring together exceptional artists to celebrate art and promote gender equality in the music industry. Each performance will be a testament to the impact and contribution of women in the music scene," said Maricela Vélez, Cultural Director of the Colombo-American Center.
The festival will feature top-notch artists such as Adriana Lucía, Flora Martínez, Martina la Peligrosa, Carolina Gaitán La Gaita, Kei Linch, Nidia Góngora, La Fármakos, the Cimarrón group, Laura Maré, La Muchacha, and Junte Proper.

The organizers announced that Claudette King, daughter of the legendary BB King, will be a special guest at the event, bringing the authentic sound of American blues to Bogotá.
Furthermore, the stage will provide a space for the visibility of emerging artists, thus expanding opportunities for new female voices in music. More than a concert, the Top Show Colombo – Women's Edition is a commitment to equality and female empowerment in music. Throughout its editions, the festival has promoted inclusion, cultural exchange, and artistic diversity, consolidating itself as a platform open to multiple voices, territories, and styles.
