The weekend match between Deportivo Cali and Internacional in the Women's League ended 0-0 and left a controversial action due to the injury suffered by player Ingrid Guerra , of the Azucarero team, which required six stitches, according to her own account.

The soccer player, who was forced to leave the field on a stretcher due to the severity of the injury, was playing for the ball when one of her opponents hit her, causing a cut that immediately caused bleeding.

Hours later, the same player, on her official Instagram account, revealed her face and took the opportunity to complain about the referee's decision, which, although she determined a foul, did not even caution the player involved in the hit.

"Not even a yellow card? Do we have to go out dying to get a penalty?" questioned Ingrid Guerra, showing the cut that developed between her eyebrow and eye.

The player later lashed out at the match's refereeing. "They let games reach limits that are incomprehensible. Limits that hurt a lot," she stated.

"But it hurts more to prepare for and recover from injuries and have the lady with the whistle tell you it's a normal play... It's a normal play of 6 painful points, many days of incapacity, and stagnant dreams," she stated in an Instagram story, with a resounding "Booty, arrogant, perverse." The referee of the match was Leidy Benito.
