And even though her motherhood journey is still just beginning, the 23-year-old has already learned some vital lessons.
“I've learned just how strong I am in this process of being a young mom,” Skai explained. “Being a mom and getting back to work, that's another favorite thing of mine. I have a lot of support and help, it's been so amazing, so I'm able to balance both of it.”
As for who she’s been able to look up to as she navigates motherhood? Well, her mom Kiya Cole has always been a huge role model to her.
“She has inspired me so much, just her worst ethic alone,” the Sheroes actress gushed, “and just seeing everything that she did for me to get me here in this position.”
“She was a young mom as well,” she added. “I've learned so much from her, so many amazing tips, and I feel like I'm incorporating that now into my daily regimen.”
