Wearing a cowboy hat and alongside his brother Simon and father Gerhard, the long-time Bayern player ponders his future.

Professional soccer player Thomas Müller will presumably continue his career in the United States. "Then it's off to the big pond," said the long-time international at the end of a video he shared on YouTube. According to Bild, "off to the big pond" refers to a move to the USA. According to the report, Müller is expected to sign a contract there for the current and next season.
So far, the 35-year-old had only announced that he would continue playing outside of Europe after leaving FC Bayern Munich. He described the North American Major League Soccer (MLS) as an "interesting league." Los Angeles FC and another club are said to be interested in the Bayern veteran and 2014 World Cup winner.
The YouTube video shows Müller with his father Gerhard and his brother Simon sitting on three folding chairs by the Isar River - apparently a homage to the episode "The Long Road to Sacramento" of the former cult series "Munich Stories" by Helmut Dietl.
"25 years at FCB. Every day was great. Even though it's over now," Müller says, among other things, in the clip. "Today is Saturday, tomorrow is Sunday, and the day after tomorrow is Monday – and then suddenly it's all over. Then we're off across the pond," he says before riding off on a horse.
After a quarter of a century – with 13 league titles, six DFB Cup victories, and two Champions League triumphs – an era is coming to an end at FC Bayern. Müller had previously only played for Munich as a professional – including at the Club World Cup in the USA this summer. The attacking ace was denied a new contract at his beloved club.
