Formerly Flossbach von Storch and Metzler: Lombard Odier Investment Managers expands sales

Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM) has two new additions to its sales team. Sebastian Grund heads institutional sales in Germany and Austria. Charlotte Abel, who works in the same office, serves family offices and asset managers.

Grund has nearly 20 years of experience with insurance companies, pension funds, corporates, and foundations. Most recently, he held a senior position (Director of Institutional Clients) at Source For Alpha.

Previously, he was Senior Sales & Relationship Manager at Fisch Asset Management and Director of Institutional Clients at Flossbach von Storch, where he was responsible for managing institutional mandates. His expertise spans various asset classes, from multi-asset, fixed income, convertibles, and equities to private markets.

Charlotte Abel has been part of the team since May . Based in Frankfurt, she oversees family offices and asset managers in Germany and Austria and, like Grund, reports to Christian Kratochwil . Previously, she worked as an investment advisor at Coreleus and as Head of Equity Sales at Bankhaus Metzler.
