Deutsche Börse: Clara-Christina Streit is Chief Supervisor of Deutsche Börse

This year, the shareholders' meeting was held as an in-person event for the first time since the pre-coronavirus year of 2019. Deutsche Börse also wanted to give Stephan Leithner (58), CEO since the beginning of the year, the opportunity to personally introduce himself to the shareholders.

The Frankfurt-based market operator is on track for record business performance thanks to strong stock market fluctuations and strong business with financial market-related products. The Management Board is targeting record figures for the current year with approximately €5.2 billion in net revenue and €2.7 billion in operating profit.
