AUMOVIO SE new in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Today, AUMOVIO SE, the spin-off of Continental's automotive division, went public. The initial share price was €35.
September 18, 2025. FRANKFURT (Frankfurt Stock Exchange). AUMOVIO SE ( DE000AUM0V10 ) has been listed today in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The initial price was €35. Continental was trading at a discount of approximately 19 percent at the start of trading.
Goldman Sachs Bank Europe and JP Morgan served as lead financial advisors, with Bank of America Securities acting as financial advisor. BBVA, Bank of China Frankfurt Branch, Commerzbank, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, DBS Bank, DZ Bank, Helaba, ING, LBBW, Mizuho, and Unicredit acted as co-advisors. Oddo BHF and ICF Bank are designated sponsors for Xetra trading. Oddo BHF is the specialist on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
According to the company, AUMOVIO offers a broad portfolio of sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems, as well as expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for connected and autonomous mobility. In the 2024 fiscal year, the company generated revenue of approximately €19.6 billion and employed approximately 93,000 people worldwide in more than 50 countries.
