At the beginning of September, Ola Källenius launched an offensive. At the IAA in Munich, he announced the start of the "largest product offensive in the company's history": Mercedes plans to launch more than 40 new models by 2027 to counter its decline and the new competition from China . "There's a great sense of optimism here," said Källenius, clearly trying to spread it.
