Github CEO: AI will write 90 percent of code – and radically change startups

Github users were working with ChatGPT before it became mainstream – thanks to its close ties to Microsoft and OpenAI. With Copilot, Github is currently transforming the developer world. The company is the world's largest platform for collaborative development and sharing of software code.

Founder Scene: Github launched its AI copilot about a year before the release of Chat GPT – based on the then-unreleased GPT-3. This was possible because you have a direct line to Microsoft. When and how did you realize that you needed to address the topic of AI?
