The 'hidden village' in popular UK city is 'so worth a visit' but tourists never find it

Dean Village, a peaceful and enchanting haven nestled within Edinburgh, represents a concealed treasure beside the Water of Leith, merely moments from the vibrant Princes Street. Previously serving as the centre of grain processing during the 12th century, it has evolved into a picturesque residential district rich in heritage and charm, with traces of its manufacturing past still evident through numerous millstones and commemorative plaques featuring images of baked products.

The UK Tour Guide, a travel content creator on Instagram, holds particular affection for this section of Edinburgh.
