Permutations: The State Of Play For The 16 Counties In The Sam Maguire Round Robin

All sixteen teams in the Sam Maguire round robin played this weekend, and a series of fascinating games sets up the prospect of a nailbiting final round in two weeks time.
The competition was designed to avoid dead rubbers, and all 16 teams will venture into Round 3 with a chance of reaching the knockout stages.
In Group A and Group D, some truly incredible drama looks certain.
Here's the permutations for all 16 teams.
Group ABy far the most fascinating group. Donegal, Mayo, Tyrone and Cavan are all on two points.
All four teams lost their home games. It's also the first time in the short history of this round robin that each team has a win heading into the last phase.
Mayo: Despite their big win against Tyrone, Mayo's loss to Cavan means they'll need to beat Donegal and they'll need a Tyrone win over Cavan to go through.
Donegal: a win or a draw sees them through. They'll be out if they lose to Mayo and Cavan, and Tyrone draw.
Cavan: A win sees them through. If they lose and Mayo lose to Donegal, they'll go through
Tyrone: A win or a draw gets them into the next phase. They can lose and go through if Mayo beat Donegal. If Donegal win, they'll need a win or a draw to go through.
Group BKerry: Two wins from two. The league champions are into the quarterfinals with a win or a draw against Meath.
Meath: Unbeaten with a draw and a win. They’ll play Kerry in Round 3, knowing they cannot be caught by last place Cork. A win over Kerry will mean a place in the quarterfinals.
Roscommon: They will play Cork in the final round knowing a draw or a win will send them through to the preliminary quarterfinals.
Cork: Winless from two games. A win over Roscommon will see them through to the knockout stages.
Group CDown: With two wins from two, and atop the group on points difference, a win over Monaghan or a draw will send them into the quarterfinals.
Monaghan: See above. A win will mean a bye to the quarterfinals
Louth: Winless from two, a win over Clare in the last round will mean a place in the preliminary quarterfinals.
Clare: In the exact same boat as Louth.
Group DArmagh: Booked their place in the All-Ireland quarterfinals with a win over Dublin over Croker; the only county to do so. The presumptive All-Ireland favourites now.
Dublin: A win or a draw over Derry will mean a place in the preliminary quarterfinals. Having head to head on Galway is a huge bonus. A loss to Derry will mean elimination if Galway also beat Armagh.
Galway: Having drawn Derry, they’ll play an Armagh team with nothing to play for in order to reach the preliminary quarterfinals. A win will mean qualifying for the next round. A loss coupled with a Derry win over Dublin means they’ll be out. If there's two draws on the last day, they'll go through on points difference.
Derry: A win over Dublin will put them on three points and bounce Dublin down. A draw will do them no good unless Galway lose by five points.
