This AI wearable could be my "secret weapon" to consolidate everything in one place.

JBL Go 4 Bluetooth Speaker ($38): I actually bought this one a few days ago when it was $40 – still a great deal, but now even better. It's no longer one of our best Bluetooth speakers but it's good enough for my (other) daughter, who wants one for the beach. At this price, I won't be too annoyed if (when?) it gets destroyed by sand and surf. And yes, I got her the pink one which I know she'll love. We're saving this for her birthday.

Anker Solix F2000 portable power station ($749): I own a travel trailer and upgraded to solar with an inverter, but at a recent (shady) campsite, I still had to break out my loud, annoying propane generator. Sure, I could just add more standard 12V LiPo4 batteries, but this portable power station is so much more versatile. It includes a 30A RV outlet, and the wheels make it worth the extra $50 over the Bluetti AC200L. No way my wife approves this one, but it stays on the list anyway because I'm camping tech obsessed.

Yeah, I'm never going to look like glamorous Hollywood actress and Marvel superhero Scarlett Johansson. That ain't happening. But ScarJo is one of many celebrities who have branched out into skincare. In 2022, she co-founded the plant-based skincare line, The Outset, and since I discovered it, it's been my go-to brand. Absolutely not. Will it make my skin happy while saving me $13? That's a much more realistic superpower.

I've always been a fan of Simplehuman's products. Yes, they're on the pricier side, but in my experience, they tend to hold up for years. Pretty much every Simplehuman product I've owned -- whether it's a trash can, dish rack, paper towel holder or hamper -- has lasted long enough to make the higher prices worth it.

And for Amazon Prime Day, several Simplehuman products are on sale, including its 45-liter semi-round automatic sensor trash can. You can wave your hand over the brushed stainless steel lid to open it and quickly toss something out without ever touching the can. I have one in my office, and it's one of those small upgrades that feels pretty unnecessary -- until you get used to it.

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) are my daily drivers. The noise cancellation is simply amazing on these. It easily blocks out everything from loud office chatter to flight engine drone (and even the crying children you encounter on flights). They also look very good and feel incredibly premium, which is a big plus when you're wearing them for hours on end. The sound quality is right up there with the toughest competitors, delivering a rich, immersive experience that easily earned them a spot on our list of the best noise-canceling headphones we tested for 2026.

The quality of audiobooks has risen to new heights over the last few years. Books are no longer read in a monotone mid-Atlantic accent but feature rich dramatizations and expert voiceovers.

You can cancel at any time, and you get to keep the books you already picked, so it's worth it just to grab the first few books in a series.

I would suggest keeping the subscription after the trial ends, though, as you'll get another credit each month. I've managed to collect the entire Dungeon Crawler Carl series on Audible through my credits.

I used to be an AirPods advocate until, one day, my beloved AirPods stopped working and I had to retire them to the garbage. I was looking for a replacement and found that the Beats Studio Pro overear headphones were on sale during a past Prime Day. So I bought them and haven't looked back since. They're simply amazing -- not to mention stylish and durable.
