Argos shoppers dash to get new iPhone 17 as surprise 'special offer' confirmed

It's not the biggest of savings but if you were thinking of rushing to an Apple Store tomorrow, it's worth considering Argos instead as you won't get a deal like that from the US tech firm. It certainly appears to be proving popular with Argos saying that its iPjone 17 deals are "in demand" and "selling fast".
What Apple is offering are some very good trade-in deals. For example, hand over your iPhone 16 and you'll get up to £455 off the iPhone 17.
Give Apple your iPhone 15 and there's £350 off the latest model. There's also the option to pay in monthly instalments to make things a feel a little more affordable.
Of course, another option is to buy the iPhone 17 on contract. All the main networks are offering the iPhone 17 with Sky dishing out this device for £26 per month and mobiles.co.uk offering it from under £30.
So what's new on the iPhone 17?
This device comes packed with updates including a 6.3-inch ProMotion display with 120Hz refresh rate - that's something we've been waiting Apple to include for a while.
There's also 256GB of storage as standard, a faster A19 processor, improved dual-lens cameras and it has new Ceramic Shield Glass 2 to boost its durability.
You'll find it in 5 colours, including Lavender, Sage and Mist Blue.
