Amazon plans to invest another billion dollars. It's all about artificial intelligence
American technology company Amazon plans to invest approximately $20 billion in Pennsylvania to develop cloud infrastructure for leading companies operating in the field of artificial intelligence.
The decision comes publicly following last week's announcement of investments in a $5 billion data center in North Carolina and new cloud infrastructure in Taiwan, also for $5 billion.
In the first quarter , Amazon announced investments worth $25 billion in the United States , which is intended to strengthen the company's position in the field of providing business services.
The planned AI innovation campuses will join Amazon’s growing operations across the state. It currently has 23 fulfillment centers and 20 last-mile delivery stations.
Amazon has been present in Poland since 2012. During this time, it has allocated over PLN 30 billion to the development of its businesses in our country.
