How Wednesday's Joy Sunday Pulled Off Black Lipstick for the Season Two Premiere
A new season of Wednesday is coming, but as we eagerly wait, actor Joy Sunday gave us a goth-inspired look to enjoy and maybe even recreate.
Last night, July 30, in London, England, the cast of the Netflix hit series gathered together on the red carpet for the season two premiere. Sunday, who plays Bianca in the show, pulled out all the stops for her look. She wore a monochrome red outfit, opting to mix fabrics instead of colors. She wore a red knit mini dress, lace tights, and lace-up boots with fringe. To complete the look, she wore a red wide-brim hat, complete with a tassel. And underneath, her makeup was just as detailed.

According to makeup artist Pauly Blanch, “Joy’s makeup look was inspired by her outfit. I wanted something eye-catching but still effortless and balanced. The idea was to keep things clean and modern but drawing an element of the Wednesday goth girl vibe.”
