As well wildlife, the show also explores Britain's best walks, foraging guides, seasonal recipes, traditional crafts, competitions and green travel ideas. With its longevity, viewers have seen a revolving door of famous faces as presenters, many of whom have been on the show for its entire existence.
One familiar face is Helen Skelton, who joined the show in 2008 to present segments before becoming a regular host in 2014. The 48-year-old is among the show's presenters who enjoy a break from Countryfile to embrace the warm weather on holiday. Helen regularly keeps her fans on Instagram updated with stunning bikini snaps from her trips away. The former Blue Peter star was a vision as she stripped off into a sizzling black bikini and was all smiles as she frolicked in the sea, with her sunglasses on.
Countryfile star Julia Bradbury beamed with pride as she soaked up the sun while on a staycation.
The 55-year-old slipped into a tiny bikini as she lay on a stripy colourful towel and smiled for the selfie.
Protecting her face, Julia sported blacked-out sunglasses, as she embraced a natural look for her trip away.
Ensuring not to get any unsavoury tan lines, Julia took the straps off from over her shoulders and completed her summer look by opting for a ton of necklaces dangling around her neck.

In 2018, Helen Skelton took a trip to Dubai, where she showed off her incredibly toned abs in a black two-piece with gold tassel detailing.
The TV star's low-cut bikini bottoms had the same gold detailing on the sides and displayed her slender frame. Her blonde locks were pulled back into a messy bun on top of her head, tied with a patterned silk scarf.
Ditching her sunglasses, Helen was all smiles as she enjoyed a refreshing drink from a coconut.

Just months after giving birth in 2022, Helen Skelton took to Instagram with photos by the poolside as she enjoyed her first holiday after giving birth to her third child.
The presenter donned a black bikini as she embraced her post-partum figure. Helen styled it with oversized black sunglasses and had her long blonde hair tied up in a ponytail.

Ben Fogle famously presented Countryfile from 2001 until 2008 before his controversial departure from the BBC programme.
However, the 51-year-old also enjoyed adventurous getaways with his most recent trip being a holiday to the Alpine Lake, where he enjoyed paddleboarding.
Ben set hearts racing as he showed off his incredibly muscular physique while standing topless on the board, just donning light blue checkered shorts.
