Dunelm's 'beautiful' £40 wireless lamp that 'looks great in any room'

Dunelm shoppers are heaping praise on an "elegant" lamp they've been snapping up online. The retailer is known for it's chic homeware products - and one item in particular is catching the eye of many shoppers.
The Cassia Pressed Glass Rechargeable Touch Dimmable Table Lamp is priced at £40 and features a pressed, cut glass design. It is also rechargeable, making it ideal for shoppers wanting to brighten an area of their home without plug sockets.
The Dunelm product description reads: "Indulge in the glamour of the Cassia Pressed Glass Rechargeable Table Lamp. The cut glass design, 3-stage touch feature, and rechargeable technology make it a versatile and stylish addition, with a 3-hour charging time and 8-hour working time depending on brightness level."

The table lamp has an overall rating of 4.6 stars, having racked up a number of rave reviews online. Among them, one person said: "Great portable rechargeable light, that looks elegant too."
A second shopper wrote: "A very elegant and practical lamp. I needed a light on the landing where there was no socket so this was a perfect solution."
A third added: "Very attractive lamps, look more expensive than they are. Last a good long time after charging. Bought a second one as I was so pleased with the first."
A fourth impressed buyer said: "This is a lovely little lamp, stylish with a cut glass shade, great quality for the price. I wanted a cordless table light for my hall where the power sockets are not convenient. This beaut fitted the bill 100%. The battery life is very good too."
Another wrote: "What a beautiful, practical lamp which would look great in any room. Its currently being used in the kitchen and gives off enough light to illuminate the whole area. At a gentle touch this lamp can be switched on to two levels of brightness.
"Once charged it lasts for ages and is suitable if you need light in an area which doesn't have an electric socket. All in all I believe this lamp is ideal in every way and I would highly recommend purchasing it."
However, some shoppers were not quite so impressed with the lamp. One said: "Only lasts an hour then goes dim. Not a great lamp."
A second added: "Bought two of these for a holiday lodge that has a shortage of power sockets. They look good and provide a good light but they take hours to recharge."
Alternatively, a range of other retailers have table lamps available in different designs. M&S has the Checkerboard Table Lamp for £49.50, or the Josephine Table Lamp, also £49.50. Next also stocks the Brass Carson Touch Table Lamp for £42.
