Good News of Visa Exemption for Turkish Citizens from Indonesia: Starting on July 3

The Indonesian government has made an important decision for citizens of the Republic of Turkey. It was announced that Turkish citizens will be exempted from visas for tourist visits lasting up to 30 days. This new practice will be valid as of July 3, 2025.

The decision was made official with the regulation published on June 26, and visa liberalization also covers Bali Island, one of the most visited regions in Indonesia.

The statement made by the Turkish Embassy in Jakarta said, “Indonesia has officially started the 30-day visa exemption application for Turkish citizens. This exemption is valid throughout Indonesia, including Bali.” The statement was also announced on the embassy’s social media accounts and presented to the public.

With this development, Turkish tourists' visits to Indonesia, one of Southeast Asia's popular holiday paradises, are now easier and more effortless.
