Accor, "GM Roadshow 2025" meeting was held.

At the event, which was held with the participation of Paul Stevens, COO of Accor Premium, Mid-Scale and Economy Segments Middle East, Africa and Turkey, Accor's 2025 first quarter results were celebrated, and digitalization, sustainability, investment and growth plans were shared with the participants.
Paul Stevens, who shared his views on the meeting, said; “ I was very pleased to come together with the general managers and discipline leaders of our hotels in Turkey in such a valuable organization. In this productive meeting, we had the opportunity to listen to the feedback of our general managers and celebrated Accor's first quarter results in Turkey together. It was very exciting for us to share this success with our teams and strengthen our strategies for the future .”
The meeting began on May 5 with the session “Digital Dominance: Mastering Digital Marketing in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” by Tuğba Çakar, Digital Marketing Director for Accor Sub-Saharan Africa and Turkey. The day was also concluded with presentations from senior executives, including the Forecast and Finance Workshop by Rola Husseini, Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Support for Accor Premium, Mid-Scale and Economy Segments, Middle East and Africa.
On May 6, Tony Chisholm, Vice President of Food and Beverage for the Middle East, Africa and Asia Region of Accor Premium, Midscale and Economy Segments, shared information on the “plant-forward” approach, one of the changing menu trends in the world, and Accor’s innovative food & beverage concepts. In addition, Osman Bahadır, Lead Chef of Unilever Food Solutions, presented a special menu tasting experience to the participants with the UFS Mediterranean Region team after his presentation on “Plant-Centered Menu Planning”.
Accor Turkey Premium, Midscale and Economy Segment Revenue Management Director Cansu Gürcan provided information about market trends thanks to the multivariate analysis capabilities of revenue management systems in the “Think Like a Trader” session, while the event also shed light on the future projections of Accor and Accor Turkey with presentations on their fields from Accor Premium, Midscale and Economy Segment, Middle East, Africa and Turkey Region Operations Senior Vice President Jonathan Sheard, Accor Middle East, Africa and Türkiye Commercial Market Strategy Vice President Mark Flower, Accor Middle East and Africa, Premium, Midscale and Economy Segment, Human Resources and Culture Vice President Verona Naidoo.
The event was not limited to meetings, presentations and workshops, but turned into a celebratory atmosphere with concept events and special menus carefully prepared by the Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova teams. In addition to sharing knowledge and experience, participants also benefited from the privileged experiences offered by the hotel by experiencing enjoyable moments.
