According to the statement by the Turkish Football Federation, the board, which made evaluations within the scope of the National Club Licensing System, examined the applications made by clubs in the top 3 leagues, Trendyol Super League, Trendyol 1st League and TFF 2nd League, according to sporting, football social responsibility, infrastructure, personnel-administrative, legal and financial criteria.

The board, which convened to make decisions on the second stage of the National Club License, granted national licenses to Gaziantep FK and Corendon Alanyaspor from the Trendyol Super League; Motolux 68 Aksarayspor, Sarıyer, Batman Petrolspor and Fethiyespor from the 2nd League after they completed their deficiencies within the given period.

Thus, the number of clubs licensed for the 2025-2026 season increased from 26 to 32.

In its first evaluations on May 21, the Club Licensing Board had granted UEFA Licenses to Beşiktaş, Çaykur Rizespor, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, Göztepe, ikas Eyüpspor, Kasımpaşa, RAMS Başakşehir FK, Reeder Samsunspor and Trabzonspor from the Trendyol Super League, Uğur Okulları İstanbulspor from the Trendyol 1st League, Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi FOMGET, Beşiktaş JK United Payment, Fenerbahçe Petrol Ofisi, Galatasaray and Trabzonspor from the Turkcell Women's Football Super League.

The Board also found it appropriate for Sipay Bodrum FK from the Trendyol Super League, Ahlatcı Çorum FK, Alagöz Holding Iğdır FK, Manisa Football Club and Emre Gökdemir İnşaat Ankara Keçiörengücü from the Trendyol 1st League, Beyoğlu Yeni Çarşı Sports Activities, Ankara Demirspor, Altınordu, Bulut Yeşil İnşaat Adana 01 Football Club SK and Karacabey Belediye Sports Clubs from the Nesine 2nd League to obtain a National License.

At the same meeting, the board imposed a fine and a second 30-day extension period on clubs that could not complete their deficiencies, in accordance with the relevant articles of the instruction determining the sanctions to be applied to the criteria violations regulated in Article 26/1 of the Club Licensing and Financial Sustainability Instruction.
