1. TENDER PROCEDURE Sales will be made through open bidding method based on the estimated value in accordance with Article 45 of the State Bidding Law No. 2886.

3. PLACE AND DATE OF THE TENDER The tender will be held on Wednesday, 23/07/2025 at 10:00 with 15-minute intervals according to the Block number in the Erbaa Municipality Council meeting hall in the presence of the Executive.
4. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER Article 3 - The following requirements must be met by bidders who wish to participate in the tender. The following documents must be submitted in the bid envelope. 1) For natural persons: a) Copy of identity card, b) Proof of residence showing the notification address and, if applicable, an e-mail address, c) Receipt for the temporary security deposit or letter of guarantee, d) Document from Erbaa Municipality stating that the bidder has no outstanding debts to the municipality, e) Notarized signature circular of the person participating in the tender, f) If participating in the tender on behalf of the bidders, the powers of attorney of the persons who will submit the bid on their behalf and the notarized signature circular of the proxy, g) Participants in the tender must submit the immovable property sales specifications, signing each page separately, in the tender file. h) The receipt for the specifications must be included in the tender file. i) Criminal record record

   2)For legal entities:

   a) A document proving that the legal entity is registered in the registry, obtained from the chamber of commerce or industry where the legal entity is registered, or from the court of the place where the administrative center is located, or from a similar authority within the year of the tender, b) The original and a photocopy of the decision of the person authorized to represent the tender, c) The original signature circular of the authorized person participating in the tender, the original power of attorney and the original signature circular of the proxy in cases of participation by proxy, d) The receipt or letter of guarantee for the temporary guarantee fee, e) The address declaration showing the notification address and, if applicable, the e-mail address, f) The criminal record record of the partners of the legal entity and the managers authorized to carry out binding transactions with the company, g) A document obtained from the Erbaa Municipality proving that they have no debts to the municipality, h) In the case of a joint venture between the bidders, the enterprise declaration and the partnership agreement signed by the partners, i) The bidder must submit the immovable property sales specifications in the tender file, each page of which must be signed separately, i) The specifications have been received. receipt will be included in the tender file.

   Those who will participate in the tender are required to submit the above-mentioned documents to the Erbaa Municipality Support Services Directorate by the tender time.

5. PLACE WHERE THE SPECIFICATIONS SUBJECT TO THE TENDER WILL BE PROVIDED The specifications subject to the tender will be given to those who deposit the amount of money specified in Article 2 of our announcement text at the Support Services Directorate of our Municipality.
