Strong wind and rip current warning for Istanbul

Istanbul Governorship reported that winds in the city will blow strongly from the north and northeast for 5 days.

In a statement made on the social media account of the governorship, it was stated that according to the evaluations of the General Directorate of Meteorology, the wind in the city is expected to blow from the north and northeast at a speed of 30-50 kilometers per hour for 5 days.

In the statement, it was stated that there could be rip currents especially on the Black Sea coast in the north of the city, and it was asked to be careful and take precautions against possible negativities.
