Efe Akman's transfer sparked a crisis! Ayhan Akman was sent off...

Galatasaray's young midfielder Efe Akman has officially reached an agreement with FC Andorra, a Spanish Second League team. Having signed a four-year contract, Akman bids farewell to Galatasaray.

19-year-old player Efe Akman, who played for Galatasaray for 2 seasons where he was trained through the youth academy, played 5 times and only played 20 minutes on the field.

It went for 500,000 euros

Allegedly, Efe Akman's contract included a €500,000 release clause if he didn't play in seven matches. His transfer to Andorra was made using this clause.

Furious with the 19-year-old's departure, Galatasaray's management decided to part ways with Ayhan Akman. The use of a release clause for Efe Akman, who had high expectations, created a crisis within the board. Ayhan Akman was Galatasaray's director of football.

In his farewell post, the young footballer said, "I'm saying goodbye to my childhood love, Galatasaray, where I started playing football at the age of 8 and have proudly worn the jersey ever since. I'd like to thank all my coaches, friends, and everyone who has been there for me throughout this process."
