Exynos 2500 with 3nm manufacturing technology announced: Here are all the features

The Exynos 2500 , which is likely to be featured in the Galaxy Z Flip 7 model, which is expected to be introduced in July, also promises a significant leap for the company in terms of energy efficiency. Featuring a 10-core architecture and AMD RDNA 3-based GPU, this Exynos 2500 will come with a CPU design consisting of a total of 10 cores: 1xCortex-X5 @ 3.3GHz, 2x Cortex-A725 @ 2.74GHz, 5x Cortex-A725 @ 2.36GHz and 2x Cortex-A520 @ 1.8GHz.
On the graphics side, there is the new generation Xclipse 950 GPU built on AMD’s RDNA 3 architecture. This GPU will take visual quality to the next level, especially in mobile games, by offering hardware ray tracing support. According to the company, this new chip provides a 15% increase in multi-core performance, a 39% improvement in artificial intelligence processing power, and a 28% higher frame rate in ray tracing-supported games compared to its predecessor, the Exynos 2400.
8K VIDEO AND MORE
The Exynos 2500's built-in image signal processor (ISP) offers single-camera support up to 320MP. It can also work with zero shutter lag on 108MP cameras or a 64MP + 32MP dual-camera combination. On the video side, it is stated that there will be 8K/30fps video recording, 4K/120fps support, and 10-bit HDR.
The Exynos 2500 can reach download speeds of up to 12.1 Gbps thanks to the Exynos 5400 5G modem. It also features emergency messaging and calling via low-orbit satellites. The processor will also come with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB 3.2 Type-C, NFC, and GNSS (global positioning) connectivity features.
It is said that thanks to the new generation 24K MAC NPU (2 GNPU + 2 SNPU), the artificial intelligence processes on the device will now be much faster and more efficient. This means smarter and smoother experiences for both the camera and the system in general. The technical specifications of the processor are as follows;
