US journalist: 'Everyone knows Epstein was an Israeli agent'

Epstein, whose name has been brought to the agenda again following Elon Musk's declaration of the "Party of America," continues to be discussed in the US media.
Former Fox News host Carlson spoke at the annual conference in Florida organized by the conservative organization Turning Point USA.
"Epstein worked for the Israeli government and everyone in Washington thinks the same way," Carlson said, adding, "I've never met anyone who doesn't think that way, but no one feels like they can say that openly."
"THE REAL QUESTION IS WHERE DID THE MONEY COME FROM?"
"The bottom line is that Jeffrey Epstein was probably working for (foreign) intelligence agencies, not American intelligence. But now no one can say the foreign government is Israel because somehow we've been led to think that's a bad thing. There's nothing wrong with saying that. There's nothing hateful about saying that, there's nothing anti-Semitic about saying that, it's not even anti-Israeli," Carlson said.
Carlson, who also suggested that Epstein may have run a "blackmail operation," asked, "The real question is why and on whose behalf was he doing this, and where was the money coming from?"
"We have the right to ask who he's working for," Carlson said of Epstein, emphasizing that U.S. citizens have the right to expect their governments not to act against the public's interests and to demand that foreign governments not be allowed to act either.
