Threat of attack on Ahmet Aras's home

Following intelligence received that the house of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Aras was going to be attacked , gendarmerie teams took security measures around Aras' house.

According to reports, the Muğla Governor's Office intervened following allegations that the home of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Aras in the Ortaköy neighborhood of the Menteşe district would be attacked and that he would be shot in exchange for money. Gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area on the governor's orders, and security measures were increased in the area.

Gendarmerie teams began keeping watch around the house to guard against any potential attacks. The incident was being treated with seriousness and all necessary precautions were being taken to prevent any further harm.
