'I KNOW ENTIRELY DIFFERENT WORLDS IN EVERY STORY'

Sinem Ünsal, who plays a mother who fights for her child in 'Distant City', talked about how she loves her job to the point of obsession. The actress continued her words as follows; “I work hard to be at maximum efficiency. My favorite part of my job is that it is a job that teaches a lot. I get to know completely different worlds in every story. We work with very large teams on sets. I also love this state of producing together.”

Speaking to Vogue Türkiye, Ünsal said, “I feed off of observation. As an actor, I have to be able to bring a character that is very far from me to life. Observing and empathizing are my favorite things. Every moment I witness and experience is very valuable to me for my profession,” and expressed her feelings.

Ünsal, who also emphasized that all the characters she played had troubles and strong stances as women, said, “I expected Uzak Şehir to make such a splash. I didn’t have any numerical estimates, but since I got involved in the project, I have seen how meticulously each unit works. When I first witnessed it, I understood that we would produce something good. How lucky that we continue with the same care. When I watch the new episode, I feel the excitement of the first episode. We are receiving very positive comments.”
