Beşiktaş's ordinary general assembly with elections has begun

The ordinary elective general assembly meeting, which took place at the Ataköy Athletics Hall in Beşiktaş and where the new president of the Black and Whites would be determined, began with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem.

In the general assembly where Uğur Poyraz was elected as the chairman of the board, Serdal Adalı and Gürkan Aksoy will compete for the presidency.

The 27,588 members who have the right to vote in the black and whites will be able to cast their votes at 30 ballot boxes. The ballot boxes will close at 17:00, while Adalı will compete with a white ballot box and Aksoy with an orange ballot box.

Following the speeches of the presidential candidates in the general assembly, where the audit board, disciplinary board, selection and registration board will also be elected, the voting process will begin.
