A 10 million lira Porsche caught fire after an accident in Sarıyer, and the driver was saved at the last minute.

The incident occurred at around 13:00 on Uskumru Street in Uskumruköy Neighborhood, Sarıyer. According to the information obtained, Uğur D., the driver of the Porsche brand car with the license plate 06 AV 3760, lost control of his vehicle due to excessive speed while driving and entered the green area on the side of the road. Driver Uğur D. escaped from the vehicle worth approximately 10 million liras by his own means. A fire broke out in the luxury car shortly after the driver, who luckily escaped the accident, got out of the vehicle. The flames spread to the green area. Fire, gendarmerie and health teams were dispatched to the scene upon the notification of the people in the area. Gendarmerie teams took security measures in the area. The road was temporarily closed to traffic. Fire teams extinguished the blazing vehicle and then conducted cooling operations. No one was killed or injured in the fire. While the vehicle suffered extensive damage, an investigation has been launched regarding the incident.
