The snow collected with great effort from the mountain peaks in Denizli and piled up has taken its place on the stalls for those who want to cool off in the summer months.

Offering an interesting and natural solution to the scorching heat of the summer months, Yusuf Deymeci collects snow from the snow pits in the Nikfer Ski Center in the Tavas district of Denizli and stores it in special cold storage facilities to serve the public in the summer. Known as "Snowman Yusuf", Deymeci continues to keep this difficult but nostalgic tradition alive.

The team, which starts its preparations every year in February and March, transports the snow to their homes with trucks throughout the winter . This snow is stored in specially prepared cold storages until summer by stacking it in layers. When summer comes, they offer their customers a cool nostalgia with homemade sour cherry, black mulberry and molasses syrups poured on the snow at the stall they set up in the marketplaces. Karcı Yusuf Deymeci, who provides service not only in the markets but also in special organizations such as weddings, mevlids and circumcisions, cools down the guests who are suffocated in the hot weather with natural snow and syrups.

Deymeci, who says "Everything is natural and handmade", both keeps the traditions of the past alive and offers an unforgettable experience to the new generation.
