Showman Mehmet Ali Erbil (68) and Gülseren Ceylan (26) reconciled after the crises they had experienced and decided to get married.

It was learned that the couple will get married on Thursday, August 28, with a simple wedding ceremony attended by close friends.

The couple, who broke up in recent months, made headlines with their harsh statements against each other. Gülseren Ceylan had alleged that Erbil "had texted my girlfriend, harassed the maid at home, and gambled for money with friends," and Erbil had filed a defamation lawsuit against Ceylan and obtained a restraining order.

Mehmet Ali Erbil, appearing on a television program later, announced that he had forgiven Ceylan, saying , "What he said was out of greed. Most of it was lies and falsehoods. We made a non-aggression agreement in court. I have never committed violence against anyone."

Ceylan also joined the live broadcast and said, "We are not lovers, we just made up to avoid hurting each other. Our normal friendship continues."

According to Sabah , the couple has reportedly repaired their relationship and decided to tie the knot. The couple is also reportedly considering a prenuptial agreement.

The famous entertainer has been married five times. His first marriage was to Muhsine Kamiloğlu in 1980, and from this union, he had a daughter, Sezin. The couple divorced in 1985. In 1989, he married actress Nergis Kumbasar, and from this marriage, he had a daughter, Yasmin. The seven-year marriage ended in divorce.

Erbil, who married Sedef Altuntaş in 2001 and Tuğba Coşkun in 2005, welcomed his son Ali Sadi from Coşkun. This marriage also ended in 2011.
