He had his son fitted with an electronic bracelet... İbrahim Tatlıses' inheritance decision angered his children

Tensions between renowned folk singer İbrahim Tatlıses and his son Ahmet Tatlıses have once again entered the spotlight. İbrahim Tatlıses had recently filed a restraining order against his son with the prosecutor's office. In late October, the court granted Tatlıses' request, ordering him to wear an electronic tracking device and to bar him from approaching his father.
Following the decision, Ahmet Tatlıses issued a statement on social media, stating that the incident was not a "property dispute," and making some striking claims. He claimed that his father had decided to leave his entire inheritance to Gülçin Karakaya, whom he married in 2021.
Tatlıses included the following statements in his post:
I'm Ahmet Tatlıses. I feel compelled to speak out about the news surrounding us over the past few days. Yes, my father has made a decision, and I respect it. We haven't seen each other in about a year. No phone calls, no texts, no communication whatsoever. Actually, I live in Istanbul, and he lives in Izmir. So, we haven't even been physically close. But still, this decision has been made, and I respect it. We've been in the legal process for about four years, but this isn't a matter of property. Our case is one of protecting our family. When I heard that my father was leaving all his assets to a girl in her 20s, I took action. With seven children, such a decision seemed very wrong to me. My only goal was to protect my siblings and my family.
On the other hand, it has been claimed that the decisions made by İbrahim Tatlıses regarding the distribution of his inheritance in recent years have caused unrest among his other children.
