The Privatization Administration will sell some real estate in 8 provinces.

The announcement for investors by the Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance was published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, some properties in Bursa, Amasya, Ankara, Iğdır, Mersin, Antalya, Erzurum, and Istanbul will be sold. Final bids for these properties can be submitted by November 11, 12, and 13.

Tenders will be held by the "bargaining" method by receiving bids in sealed envelopes from multiple bidders and holding negotiations, and will be concluded by an open auction with the participation of bidders who are still in negotiations.
