Nurullah Bakır was appointed as the Secretary General of the Turkish Banks Association

According to the statement made by TBB, Bakır was appointed as the Secretary General as of July 1, 2025, in accordance with the decision taken at the meeting of the TBB Board of Directors dated June 17, 2025. Bakır, who graduated from TED Ankara College and Erciyes University Department of Economics, started his banking career in 1999. Nurullah Bakır, who was appointed as the General Manager of Ziraat Bank Moscow in 2020, knows English at an advanced level.
