Murat Yalçıntaş is the new General Manager of OYAK.

Prof. Dr. Murat Yalçıntaş was appointed as General Manager of OYAK.

According to a statement from OYAK, Murat Yalçıntaş, known for his many years of versatile experience in academia, the business world, and professional organizations, has become OYAK's new General Manager. At a handover ceremony held at OYAK Headquarters, Yalçıntaş took over from Süleyman Savaş Erdem, who had held this position since 2016.

WHO IS MURAT YALÇINTAŞ?

Yalçıntaş graduated from Boğaziçi University's Department of Mechanical Engineering and completed his master's degree in the joint business administration program of Vrije University in Brussels and Boston University, and his doctorate in business administration at Istanbul University.

Yalçıntaş, who began his career at the Islamic Development Bank, has held senior positions in numerous national and international institutions, including the Presidency of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. He served as CEO and Board Member of BMC Otomotiv between 2021 and 2024, and also served on the Board of Directors of TOGG.

Yalçıntaş has published four books on management and business. He has received numerous international awards and speaks English and French.
