Developments in the Middle East are causing activity in the gold market.

The price of a gram of gold , which started the day at 4 thousand 452 liras, is being sold for 4 thousand 441 liras as of 09.40.

At the same time, quarter gold coins were traded at 7,271 liras and Republic gold coins were traded at 28,952 liras.

Gold is trading sideways at $3,395 an ounce after starting the new day with a limited increase.

The gram price of gold, which gained value in parallel with the increase in the ounce price of gold yesterday, closed the day at 4,4033 lira, 0.7 percent above the previous close.
